- Management and delegation of Mitigation Department staff, including emergency services and contentsÂ
- Recruit, train and coach Mitigation Department staff and (Labor, Mitigation Crew Leaders and Coordinators)
- Set goals for each team member that can be explained and measured; conduct annual, mid year and 90 day performance reviews with staffÂ
- Participate in the hiring processÂ
- Approve hourly employees time cards on a weekly basisÂ
- Conduct monthly staff meetingsÂ
- Use tools and reporting to budget and margin results (50%)

- Responsible for Resource Management of the following:
- Movement, care, and inventory of equipment in the warehouse and on jobsitesÂ
- Tracking of assets (equipment)
- Dispatching of TechniciansÂ
- On Call ScheduleÂ
- Vehicle MaintenanceÂ
- Staffing needsÂ
- Complete estimates for Mitigation lossesÂ
- Review estimates written by Mitigation Crew LeadersÂ
- Communicate and negotiate with insurance carriersÂ
- Maintain and create good relationship with insurance carriers and vendors
- Auditing of customer service complaints Â
- Manage and exceed expectations for job profitÂ
- Ensure production meets the set Gross Profit goalsÂ
- Collection of payment from closed jobs
- Monitor and address safety issues and practice safety practices including proper PPE Â
- Follow the Paul Davis Values, Vision, Mission, and 10 Serving BasicsÂ
- Marketing and sales of your company’s services to current and potential client base, insurance carriers, and industry professionalsÂ
- Collect Accounts Receivable

- Two plus years’ experience in a Management or Leadership role within the Restoration IndustryÂ
- Five plus years’ experience within the Emergency Services Department within the Restoration Industry
- Experience with writing Emergency Services (Mitigation) estimatesÂ
- Associate Degree or bachelor’s DegreeÂ
- IICRC certificationsÂ
- Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 50% of the timeÂ
- The person in this position needs to frequently move about client’s properties to complete estimates and oversee completion of jobsÂ
- Constantly operates a computerÂ
- Must be able to communicate and converse with customers and staff over the phone and face to face Â
- Occasionally will lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to safely operate a company vehicle Â
