About the Role:
S&A Cleantech LLC is looking for a driven and dependable Night Shift Manager to lead our overnight operations in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all night shift operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met
- Supervise, motivate, and direct night shift staff to meet production and performance goals
- Monitor and enforce cleantech processes, environmental compliance, and operational procedures
- Conduct shift briefings, assign tasks, and manage employee scheduling and attendance
- Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating critical problems as needed
- Maintain accurate shift logs, incident reports, and production records
- Coordinate with day shift management to ensure seamless handoffs and continuity of operations
Requirements:
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in cleantech, waste management, or industrial operations
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a night shift or off-hours environment
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and environmental compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Solid communication and organizational skills for reporting and team coordination
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for logging and reporting purposes
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours
