Job DetailsJob Location: Worthington, OH - Worthington, OH, OH 43085ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF NURSING - (MSN) NURSE - REQUIRES DIDACTIC TEACHING EXPERIENCE Ross Education Worthington, OH campus and Lancaster, OH campus - 2 positions open Ross Education’s non-profit secondary education centers work to provide all students with the tools to grow into proficient and caring  health care professionals. Ross is a growing nursing school, with multiple locations in Ohio. We are recruiting an MSN with prior teaching experience to lead our new locations in Worthington and Lancaster, as the Associate Director of Nursing. This is a full-time position reporting to the Dean of Nursing and is a member of the Nursing Program Leadership Team. The Associate Director of Nursing is responsible for maintaining the components related to the aspects of the curriculum and providing an optimum learning environment.Are you ready to change lives? KEY Responsibilities • Knowledge of nursing skills; lab equipment, teaching and instruction methods and practices; record keeping procedures • Provide training to faculty, staff, and students pertaining to clinicals • Develop relationships with current students to be able to assist them with questions and educational needs. • Perform human resources management for assigned staff, including interviewing, hiring, development, review, performance correction, attendance, time off, and possibly termination • Maintain health and safety precautions for faculty, staff, and students • Ensure all OBN regulations related to the class, lab and clinical experience are adhered to by faculty Benefits As full-time employee with Ross Education, you will be part of an established and growing educational organization with a supportive family atmosphere and a dedication to providing our students with the best career training available.
