Qualifications Job Title: OhioRISE Clinical Director Reports To: OhioRISE Program Director Direct Reports: Associate Director of Clinical Escalation Summary: Utilizing high fidelity wraparound services, OhioRISE child and family teams provide moderate and intensive care coordination for Ohio’s most behaviorally complex children. This position oversees all aspects of clinical fidelity, clinical escalation processes, and partnerships with clinical providers for the TVN Care Management Entity (CME). Oversees all clinical activities related to all functions of OhioRISE Care Coordination. Assures clinical consultation is provided for all child and family teams. Manages the OhioRISE after hour on-call duties/rotation schedule. Assures that all OhioRISE documentation and outcome measures are meeting contractual standards. Works collaboratively with the OhioRISE Associate Directors, Supervisors and Care Coordinators to assure that high fidelity wrap around services are implemented with fidelity. Leads fidelity reviews and annual program evaluations in collaboration with contractual entities. Works closely with the Clinical Directors and the Associate Director of Performance, Assessment and Opportunity Review to monitor compliance data and to lead quality improvement initiatives. Assures that OhioRISE Care Coordinators and Supervisors are receiving the appropriate level of quality supervision and training. Assures clinical leadership representation for The Village Network CME in various meetings including but not limited to: clinical escalation meetings, Inpatient Clinical Reviews, and community stakeholder meetings. Oversees schedule of contact with CME psychiatric consultant; Determines necessity of psychiatric consultation and arranges meetings on behalf of care coordinator teams. With the Program Director responsible for assuring contractual requirements are met while assuring care coordination services are delivered within established budgetary parameters. Interviews, evaluates, and participates in the decision process regarding candidate interviews to The Village Network. Participates in the performance review process and staff development activities for Care Coordinators, Supervisors and Associate Directors. Performs other duties as required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Master’s degree in social work or related field; LISW-S or LPCC-S licensure required. Supervisory designation is preferred; Supervisory designation required within 5 years. Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in community mental health, child welfare and or psychiatric in-patient, treatment foster care and/or residential services Minimum of 5 years of experience providing clinical supervision. Must complete the high-fidelity wraparound training program provided by the Center of Excellence, an entity recognized by ODM. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong time management and organizational skills; crisis management skills required. Maintain a HIPAA compliant office space Ability to work majority of hours in office setting Valid Ohio Driver’s License and maintains a driving record that allows that individual to be insurable with the insurance company providing The Village Network with vehicle insurance. Physical Demands: Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, computer printer, etc. Ability to effectively communicate (orally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company. Ability to handle bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, reaching, and walking for periods of time.
