HTS is now seeking Physical Therapists to join the therapy team at an outstanding senior living facility located in Columbus, IN. The primary role of the Physical Therapist will be to conduct evaluations, progress notes, recertifications and discharges on an as-needed, PRN basis. The facility is a beautiful continuing care retirement community with a diverse caseload, varying levels of skilled with Med A/return to home population.
PRN with HTS is very flexible: work only when your availability perfectly aligns with our staffing needs.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn an Indiana licensure, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of a national licensure exam.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
