 We are seeking an experienced Production Process Manager to lead, optimize, and continuously improve manufacturing processes within a high-volume automotive production environment. This role focuses on driving efficiency, quality, safety, and cost performance while supporting production teams and cross-functional partners.Â

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and improve daily production processes to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goalsÂ
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiativesÂ
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)Â
- Lead and support production supervisors and team leadersÂ
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teamsÂ
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policiesÂ

Requirements
Â
- Automotive industry experience (assembly, welding, metal fabrication)Â
- 5+ years of experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturingÂ
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process improvementÂ
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Experience with production metrics and manufacturing systems

Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 or similar quality standardsÂ
- Lean or Six Sigma certification
