In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective candidatesāhelping schedule interviews, confirm appointments, and ensure a smooth, professional experience from the very first conversation.

What You'll Do
As aĀ Remote Phone Booker, you'll help keep our recruiting process running efficiently by:
Make outbound calls to warm leads who have expressed interest in our opportunities
Confirm candidate interest and answer basic scheduling questions
Schedule appointments using our online calendar system
Follow up with candidates who missed or need to reschedule appointments
Maintain accurate notes and update candidate records in our recruiting system
Communicate professionally through phone, email, and text when appropriate
Collaborate with the recruiting team to keep the interview pipeline moving efficiently
What We're Looking For
Successful candidates typically demonstrate:
Excellent verbal communication skills
Friendly, professional phone etiquette
Confidence making a high volume of outbound calls
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Consistent follow-up and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic computer skills and comfort learning new technology
Previous experience inĀ appointment setting, customer service, recruiting, scheduling, call center operations, administrative support, or salesĀ is helpfulābutĀ not required. We provide comprehensive training.

Minimum Requirements

Computer or laptop with webcam and microphone
Quiet workspace for making outbound calls
Comfortable using Zoom, Calendly, email, and other web-based applications (training provided)
