Position Summary

Freedom Pros is seeking energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Representatives. In this independent contractor role, you will work inside partnered retail locations, engage directly with customers, generate interest in our offerings, and set appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in retail partner locations in a professional and friendly manner

• Introduce customers to our products and services and answer basic questions

• Generate quality leads and schedule appointments for the sales team

• Create a positive customer experience through strong communication and relationship-building

• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions

• Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing development

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail setting

• Self-starter with a motivated and goal-oriented mindset

• Sales, retail, customer service, or lead generation experience preferred, but not required

• Coachable, dependable, and team-oriented

• Reliable transportation to assigned retail locations and meetings

Compensation

This is a commission-only independent contractor position. Average annual earnings for individuals in this role typically range from $75,000.00 to $120,000.00, depending on performance. Selected candidates may be required to complete a criminal background check and satisfy any applicable state or local requirements.
