Role OverviewÂ
Perform as a Principal Sales Development Representative; you’ll be a key driver of new business activity.Â
Responsibilities
Make 150–200 outbound calls daily to small–mid-sized business ownersÂ
Educate prospects on OPOC.us servicesÂ
Schedule qualified First Meetings and hit weekly targetsÂ
Update all outreach and progress in the CRMÂ
Support the sales pipeline through consistent activityÂ
Weekly Goal: 11+ scheduled meetingsÂ
Training & GrowthÂ
Throughout your 12 months, you will:Â
Attend sales workshops and trainingÂ
Shadow experienced sales professionals to learn live techniquesÂ
Receive regular coaching, performance reviews, and development supportÂ
Obtain Life & Health LicenseÂ
Promotion
At the successful completion of your Sales Development Program, we will promote you to a Sales RepresentativeÂ

QualificationsÂ
Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of experienceÂ
Sales Certificate or Sales Internship (preferred)Â
Strong interest in sales and learningÂ
Coachable, motivated, and confident communicating with business leadersÂ
