Job DescriptionÂ
As an SDR, you will be an essential part of our dynamic Inside Sales team. Your main goal will be to act as an Outbound Call Associate and connect with business owners, C-Level and decision makers to educate them on our services and offerings and set First Meetings and drive sales. Â
What You'll DoÂ
Make 25 outbound calls an hour to connect with small - midsize business ownersÂ
Educate potential clients on our servicesÂ
Set First Meetings and Hit daily targetsÂ
Drive sales and meet or exceed performance goalsÂ
Keep records of sales activities in our CRMÂ
Performance Goal:Â
Schedule 5 meetings per weekÂ
Compensation:Â
First year OTE is $60,000 - $75,000 and carries a base of $17/hourÂ
What We're Looking ForÂ
Strong phone skills - ability to build rapport and handle objectionsÂ
Proven telemarketing experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targetsÂ
Experience in B2B or B2C telemarketing is a plusÂ
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales toolsÂ
Ability to thrive in a positive and high-energy environmentÂ

Key qualifications to succeed in this role includeÂ
Previous success in performance-based sales or customer service a plus.Â
Comfortable interacting with C-suite decision makers and business owners.Â
The ability to learn databases, CRM or other software to track prospect progress.Â
Ability to convey the benefits of OPOC’s products and services confidently and clearly.Â
Proven experience and comfort with speaking roles in zoom meetings and phone calls.Â
Candidates must be self-motivated and responsible.Â
