Sales Representative – B2B | Base + Uncapped Commissions Columbus, OH (In Office) Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our Columbus team.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $50,000 per year
  • Uncapped residual commission

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inside and outside sales activities
  • Set appointments via phone and meet with prospects in person
  • Build relationships with small and midsize business owners
  • Present CES solutions related to HR, payroll, benefits, and risk management
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and development

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of sales experience preferred (B2B a plus)
