We are looking for a driven Sales Representative to grow market share, build strong customer relationships, and deliver solutions that keep facilities clean, safe, and productive.

 

Position Overview

The Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business and managing existing customer relationships within an assigned territory. This role focuses on selling industrial floor cleaning equipment to customers across manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and other commercial facilities.

 

The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable demonstrating equipment, identifying operational needs, and closing sales.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, operations leaders, and business owners
  • Conduct on-site equipment demonstrations and recommend solutions based on customer needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, quoting, negotiation, and closing
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to identify expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience (industrial, equipment, B2B, or territory sales preferred)
  • High School degree - bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a territory-based role
  • Comfortable conducting product demonstrations and presenting solutions to customers
  • Strong mechanical background.  Ability to troubleshoot issues while on site with customers and prospects
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within the assigned territory

 

 

Preferred Experience

  • Industrial equipment or capital equipment sales
  • Experience working with manufacturing, distribution, or facility operations customers
  • CRM experience and structured sales pipeline management
  • Demonstrated ability to grow a territory
  • Ability to pull truck and trailer loaded with equipment.
