We are looking for a talented Scrum Master I to join our team specializing in Systems/IT for our Corporate organization in Columbus, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Lead the adoption and maturation of Agile practices, helping teams consistently deliver high-quality solutions that align with business priorities and customer needs.
Serve as a coach and mentor to team members, fostering Agile mindsets, promoting servant leadership principles, and supporting continuous learning and development.
Partner closely with Product Owners to prioritize work, refine backlogs, and ensure teams are focused on delivering the highest business value.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and planning activities, using estimation and prioritization techniques to improve predictability, efficiency, and delivery outcomes.
Create a collaborative, transparent, and self-organizing team environment that empowers individuals to take ownership and achieve shared goals.
Track and communicate team performance through Agile metrics, burn-down charts, burn-up charts, and program boards to identify risks, measure progress, and drive informed decision-making.
Remove obstacles and proactively address impediments that impact team productivity, enabling faster delivery and protecting the team from external disruptions.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, aligning business and technology teams to maximize value delivery and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
