Advance your environmental career while shaping the future of our practice as a Senior Hydrogeologist. In this role, you'll serve as a technical resource on groundwater supply and help solve complex subsurface challenges. You'll combine deep technical expertise with practical problem-solving to delivery accurate results helping clients navigate regulatory requirements while protecting the communities and environments we serve.Â
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a technical resource withing the Assessment and Remediation section
- Support groundwater supply, environmental assessment, remediation, landfill compliance and related projects
- Plan and perform hydrologic investigations
- Develop conceptual site models
- Construct, calibrate, and apply groundwater-flow and contaminant-transport models
- Interpret complex geologic and groundwater data
- Prepare technically accurate deliverables
- Develop practical solutions that address client objective and regulatory requirements
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts or Science in Geology, Hydrology or similar; Master of Science preferred
- 8+ years of experience in environmental consulting
- Direct experience with MODFLOW, MODPATH, AQTESOLV and Groundwater Vistas
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and on uneven terrain
- Adaptable and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as a proactive approach to problem solving
