What will you do?Ā Ā

- Lead in the identification of Quality & Maintenance business requirements and development of the customer story backlog for SAP.Ā
- Serve as a Change Agent, supporting the Product Owner in resolving issues between legacy and future state ERP systemsĀ
- Manage transfer of SAP knowledge to Key Users, data owners, and local management teamĀ
- Work with key stakeholders toĀ identifyĀ and understand their needs.Ā
- Capture feedback from users andĀ identifyĀ āenhancementsā of existing functionality.Ā
- Lead andĀ participateĀ in stakeholder workshopsĀ
- Create/ValidateĀ End to End Process Flows for manufacturing plantsĀ
- Contribute to localization of project documentation (training materials, test scripts, etc.)Ā Ā
- Be accountable for site readiness (planning, support, audit, training)Ā Ā
- Be the business representative for the program with understanding of current Quality & Maintenance processes and systemsĀ

Working conditions:Ā
- Travel expectations for this position are 50%.Ā

- Tight deadlines and multiple priorities, requiring decisive decision making in a fast-paced environment.Ā
- Willing to work outside the standard 8-5 schedule, across time zones, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required by tight project deadlines.Ā

What Qualifications will make you successful?āÆĀ
- Bachelorās degree in supply chain, manufacturing/industrial engineering,Ā businessĀ or related fieldĀ required.Ā Ā
- 3+ 3-5 years of experience in customer service & quality with experience in plant maintenance operations.Ā
- 3+ years of experience in quality processes within manufacturing plants (Incoming inspection, in process inspection, final inspection) & maintenance.Ā Ā
- Strong data analysis skills.Ā
- Change management and communication skills.Ā
- Leadership and management skills.Ā
- Listening, negotiation, decision making, problemĀ solving.Ā
- AptitudeĀ inĀ learning and working in new IT systems.Ā

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
