The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will execute full-lifecycle recruitment processes to source, screen, and close top talent across multiple teams. This role requires a hands-on, goal-oriented self-starter with exceptional speed, situational awareness, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-output environment. You will play a pivotal role in driving daily recruitment productivity and delivering top talent to advance our mission.

What you’ll do in the role:

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates through direct sourcing, cold outreach, networking, and employee referral programs.
• Conduct a high volume of initial phone screens weekly, evaluating candidate qualifications, skills, and fit using standardized assessment tools.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to review daily funnel metrics, align on requirements, schedule interviews, and move candidates quickly through the recruitment pipeline.
• Accurately track and manage all candidate interactions, funnel conversion rates, and recruitment data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure real-time reporting accuracy.
• Utilize technology and automated sourcing tools to streamline individual workflows, increase daily candidate outreach, and optimize interview scheduling efficiency.
• Stay current with talent market conditions and high-volume sourcing tactics to maintain a continuous stream of qualified applicants.
• Effectively articulate our vision and culture to candidates, creating a compelling value proposition during initial screens to drive high candidate engagement and offer acceptance rates.
• Extend approved verbal offers, manage candidate expectations regarding compensation, and efficiently facilitate pre-employment screening and seamless handoffs to onboarding.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership on building our employer brand to attract top-level talent to AndHealth.
• Find creative ways to identify talent and bring them into the organization.
• Use AI to continually evaluate best practices in sourcing and interviewing.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, or high-growth environment.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

Other Skills or Qualifications:

• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding individual hiring targets and sourcing KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a heavy candidate pipeline and prioritize high-volume recruiting activity.
• Hands-on expertise with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and modern sourcing databases (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on candidate candidate responsiveness and clear coordinator handoffs.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving measurable hiring output to support healthcare access.
