We are looking for a talented Solution Architect- Senior to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our Corporate organization in Columbus, IN. 

 

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

 

  • Translate complex systems into scalable solutions: Break down business and technical needs into clear system components, ensuring seamless integration and well-defined interfaces.
  • Elevate architecture consistency: Apply enterprise architecture standards, patterns, and technology stacks to create reliable, scalable, and reusable solutions.
  • Drive smarter design decisions: Develop multiple solution options and use cost-benefit analysis to recommend the most effective, value-driven architecture.
  • Shape global architecture standards: Define and promote reference architectures that can be reused across the organization to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Lead technical direction: Influence solution designs by embedding strong architectural principles and guiding teams toward long-term, sustainable technologies.
  • Champion collaboration and adoption: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive alignment and encourage the use of standard, enterprise-approved technologies.
  • Accelerate innovation through pilots: Lead proof-of-concept and pilot initiatives to validate emerging technologies and ensure they meet business needs before scaling.
  • Enable future-ready infrastructure: Assess capacity needs and stay ahead of technology trends to ensure systems are scalable, resilient, and aligned with evolving business demands.
