Store Manager Trainee - Bench

The Store Manager Trainee – Bench role is designed to prepare a high-potential retail leader to successfully operate a Dollar Tree store. This position provides hands-on training in store operations, merchandising, freight productivity, customer service, associate development, payroll awareness, compliance, and overall store profitability.

The Store Manager Trainee learns how to lead daily store activities while creating a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and associates.
