- Greets guests warmly upon arrival and provides fast, friendly, and professional service throughout the dining experience.
- Manages guest seating according to established rotation and reservation guidelines to ensure balanced service and optimal table flow.
- Maintains accurate seating, wait list, and reservation documentation and monitors table availability in real time.
- Keeps the host stand, cashiering area, and surrounding dining spaces clean, organized, and guest-ready in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Assists wait staff and bus persons as needed by refilling beverages, pre-bussing and bussing tables, and responding to guest needs.
- Communicates clearly with service staff regarding seating status, guest needs, and operational priorities.
- Promotes current casino or property events and provides guests with directions or information as needed.
- Completes assigned opening and closing duties to ensure readiness for the next shift.
- Thanks guests, invites them to return, and creates a positive, welcoming departure experience.
- Performs additional job-related duties as assigned.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English clearly.
- Excellent guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, crowded, and noisy environment with exposure to bright lights.
- Ability to respond to visual and verbal cues and work in confined spaces as required.
- Physical ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to approximately 100 pounds.
