Talent & HR Coordinator Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

Job description:

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office & Onboarding Coordinator to join our home care team. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees while supporting key office operations and administrative functions.This is not a management-level role, but it does require prior experience in home care onboarding, compliance, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities: Employee Onboarding & Training

  • Coordinate and manage the full onboarding process for new hires
  • Ensure completion and compliance of all onboarding documentation
  • Facilitate employee training requirements and track completion
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records
Office & Operations Management

  • Oversee vendor relationships (phones, IT systems, office services, etc.)
  • Manage office systems, including phone and computer systems
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Support and improve internal office processes and workflow efficiency
Qualifications

  • Experience in home care, home health, or healthcare onboarding required
  • Familiarity with onboarding compliance and employee documentation
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and follow-through
  • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record required
  • Proficiency with office technology and systems
