Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline representative of our company, providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a courteous and efficient manner
- Document all call information and customer interactions accurately in the database
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain professionalism
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
