Worthington Enterprises is seeking an Industrial Design summer intern to assist with projects within the Consumer Products Innovation group.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively researching and sharing new trends, products, and categories for innovation.
- 2D Sketch development of concepts and form exploration
- 3D modeling / rendering
- 3D printing
- Develop physical prototypes
- Design research – personas, journey mapping, and summary reporting.
- Graphic Visualization of consumer research.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design/Product Design
- Able to submit a non-confidential portfolio demonstrating student/ professional work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience using Solid Works or similar 3D modeling software.
- Experience in Keyshot or other rendering software
- Strong graphic design and presentation skills.
- Able to demonstrate design research techniques
- Positive attitude – team player
