Job Summary

The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for performing cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. They will also manage the cycle counting process.


Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Convert to different units of measure
  • Assist with stock organization 
  • May perform inventory adjustments in ERP system
  • Investigate causes of negative stock balances in ERP system
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies 
  • May cross-train in Receiving area
  • Any other duty as assigned by the Supervisor

Needed experience & technical knowledge:

  • May be able to work without direct supervision 
  • Comfortable communicating with all levels of the company
  • Must be proficient in computer use
  • Proficient English-speaking ability 
  • Able to lift up to 40lbs
  • Must be detailed-oriented
  • Ability to effectively communicate with personnel inside and outside of the organization
