| Essential Duties and Responsibilities: | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Utilize various tools and instruments to perform repairs and preventative maintenance on conveying systems according to established standards. | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems using technical drawings diagnostic tools (e.g. multi-meter, laptop) | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Performance of mechanical and lubrication tasks on automated material handling equipment, including belt install, bolt and tension roll adjustment, straightening parts, aligning rollers, and replacing defective parts. | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Performs preventive/predictive maintenance and repairs on equipment (e.g., pneumatic systems, material handling equipment, dock equipment, electronic and electrical equipment, etc.) according to safety and quality procedures. | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Utilizes working knowledge and experience to troubleshoot and repair material handling equipment, pneumatic systems, automated conveyor systems, and key components of the distribution center, to include but not limited to automated putwall (pick-to-light systems), HighJump (WMS), PandA (Print and Apply) components, and Intelligrated conveyor systems. | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Follows up by providing feedback and timely documentation with Facilities Manager, Supervisor/Lead, and other Operations Managers to ensure issues have been resolved. | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provides daily support to the operations, especially by performing daily inspections as required by site guidelines. | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Performs general facility maintenance such as light bulb replacement, office furniture relocation, light plumbing, light electrical repairs, etc. | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Other duties as instructed by leadership which the associate is trained and skilled to perform | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Utilize various tools and instruments to perform repairs and preventative maintenance on conveying systems according to established standards. | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Performs preventive/predictive maintenance and repairs on equipment | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Utilizes working knowledge and experience to troubleshoot and repair material handling equipment, pneumatic systems, automated conveyor systems | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Other duties as instructed by leadership which the associate is trained and skilled to perform | | 聽 | Required Skills: | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Operate material handling equipment (e.g. forklift), boom and scissor lifts, battery equipment, moving machinery, and other powered equipment - must pass certification test on-site. Lift 50 pounds. | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must have a good working knowledge to include, but not limited to, the troubleshooting and repair of material handling equipment, pneumatic systems, maintaining automated conveyor systems, motors, lubrication, and preventive/predictive maintenance. | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to read, recognize, write, and follow applicable numbers and directives (verbal and written) in English, including safety rules, operating instructions, racking locations, and procedural documents | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Command of basic math skills to ensure inventory (count, add, subtract, identify, etc. numbers 0-1,000) and measurement conversion accuracy (mm to in) | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to support workload and operations requirements, including holidays and weekends as dictated by the operations | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Frequent bending, lifting, walking, pushing/pulling, crawling, twisting, reaching, kneeling, stooping, and standing for long periods of time and sometimes working in extreme temperatures | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to perform duties independently, and as part of a team, with minimal supervision or guidance | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Willingness to learn and be mentored, accept constructive coaching/feedback | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Successfully perform processes associated with the core duties and responsibilities of the position | | 聽 | Experience: | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 2+ years of applicable hands-on experience performing maintenance on industrial manufacturing process/production equipment OR a combination of experience maintaining automation and conveyor equipment and education, certification, training, etc. equivalent to 2+ years | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Familiarity with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook. | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Command of safety procedures (including lock-out/tag-out) | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Demonstrated commitment to quality | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Previous operation of powered equipment, specifically Crown MHE, and industrial vehicles strongly preferred | | | 聽 | Education: | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 High school degree, or an approved GED, required | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 College degree OR technical or professional certificate preferred | | | | Preferred Qualifications: | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prior success creating and managing relationships with outside vendors, customers, and business partners | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Applicable experience with current building vendors, software, platforms, and systems strongly desired | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong multi-tasking, organizational, detail, follow-up, and interpersonal skills | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Knowledge of proper business communication etiquette, and effective verbal and written communication skills. | | 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Previous industry-based experience | | | |
