Position Purpose:

  • Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between office and all outside parties. Performs duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into system, filing and maintaining patient medical records

  • Specialty: Primary Care

  • Location: 2150 Marble Cliff Office Park, Suite A, Columbus, Ohio 43215

  • Hours of office: Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

What You Will Do:

  • Welcome patients

  • Register patients

  • Gather insurance, check demographics

  • Soft collections

  • Answering incoming calls

  • EPIC

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent

  • Licensure / Certification: N/A

  • Experience: One to two years of medical office experience preferred

  • Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred

  • Basic computer skills required
