The Columbus Crew seeks qualified Building Concierges to serve as the first point of contact for daily operations at Ohio Health Performance Center, Historic Crew Stadium, and Scotts Miracle-Gro Field. The position provides support for daily building functions and creating first in class guest experiences.
Essential Functions:
- Serve as a point of contact for buildings, engage with visitors and building occupants.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to Guests, addressing general inquiries with expertise and courtesy.
- Implement visitor and contractor management processes.
- Assist with operational needs including inventory, record-keeping, data entry and lists.
- Answer and forward all incoming calls, inquiries and e-mails.
- Organize and sort all mail/deliveries.
- Maintain the Front Desk and Lobby, upholding cleanliness and organization standards.
- Assist with the building calendar, keeping track of upcoming visitors, meetings, and events.
- Perform administrative and clerical duties
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible for employment in the United States.
- Reliable transportation access.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is essential.
- Exceptional professionalism, high levels of organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated conflict resolution and effective problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated individuals with the ability to work independently.
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior involvement in a stadium or sports program.
- Prior administrative experience or related role.
- Flexible working hours (nights and weekends).
