This role ensures food safety, speed of service, and a positive member experience in a fast-paced summer environment.   Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items including grilled and fried foods Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times Ensure proper food storage and temperature control Open and close grill station daily Monitor inventory and communicate ordering needs Minimize waste and control portions Maintain a clean and organized workspace Support concession operations during peak times Follow all JCC policies and kosher requirements as applicable   Concession hours of operation Monday–Thursday: 11:00am – 8:00pm Friday: 11:00am – 5:00pm Sunday: 11:00am – 8:00pm Closed Saturdays Evening and Sunday availability required.Qualifications Prior grill or line cook experience required Strong knowledge of food safety practices Ability to work outdoors in summer conditions Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable attendance throughout entire season
