As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control and visitor guidance while providing professional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests at a food and beverage production and/or distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior areas, loading docks, receiving areas, break areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor and vendor entry processes, including verifying identification and directing deliveries to designated areas per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, communication with site management, and notification of emergency services when appropriate.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation, communicate status updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts, and support security-related checks of doors, gates, and alarmed areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
