Join our dynamic team in Columbus as a Part-Time Server! We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

• Set up dining areas and prepare trays for meal services, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Assist the cook in food preparation and service, adhering to established policies and procedures
• Deliver meal carts to residents and maintain cleanliness of assigned dining areas
• Accurately record refrigerator temperatures and maintain proper food storage
• Wash and store dishes, maintaining overall kitchen sanitation
• Follow federal, state, and company regulations regarding food safety and dietary restrictions
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Basic math skills for handling guest checks and cash transactions
• Time management skills to ensure timely meal preparation and service
• Willingness to learn and grow in the food service industry
• Team player mentality with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment
• Knowledge of food safety principles and practices (preferred)
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry (preferred)

Additional Information

Salary: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
