The Job You Will Perform:Â
Â
- following all safety rules and practices;
           - keeping an accurate account of the finished goods daily lineup;Â
           - making decisions regarding the quality of materials and products
           - operating converting machinery when needed;
           - resolving issues that hinder production quality and quantity;
           - ensuring that associates perform required inspections and tests
           - making changes and adjustments for product returns as necessary;
           - training others in the safe use of finishing machinery;
           - filling in for the converting supervisor as needed;Â
           -assisting converting supervisors with special projects as needed
           - providing valuable input during lead team and production meetings;
           - performing other duties as directed by the manufacturing supervisor.
