• Lead operations across multiple branches
• Drive P&L performance and profitability
• Coach and develop high-performing teams
• Build strong customer relationships and grow business
• Partner with sales to expand equipment, parts, and service revenue
• Resolve escalated customer and manufacturer issues

What We’re Looking For

• Proven multi-site operations leadership experience
• Strong financial and business acumen (P&L)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Industry experience in equipment, construction, or industrial preferred
• Willingness to travel
