Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) — occasional evenings/weekendsÂ

What You’ll DoÂ

Support individuals in the community as they attend classes, participate in events, volunteer, and enjoy their hobbies.Â

Help people build independent living skills including planning, communication, and basic money management.Â

Encourage friendships, social engagement, and stronger community connections.Â

Provide safe, reliable transportation to community outings and activities.Â

Document progress through their Individualized Service Plan (ISP).Â

Work closely with families and disability service stakeholders to support each person’s goals.Â

RequirementsÂ

High school diploma or GED.Â

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Â

Ability to pass background checks required for disability services roles.Â

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office & web‑based applications).Â

Experience in disability services helpful but not required — paid training provided.Â
