Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) for a dynamic Emergency Medicine locum tenens assignment in Cambridge, Ohio. This facility offers a well-supported, team-based model with full 24-hour physician and APP coverage, a manageable annual ED volume, and a modern workflow powered by MediTech EMR.

Contract Type: Locum Tenens – Emergency Medicine NP/PA
Setting: 17-bed Emergency Department
Annual Volume: ~15,000 ER visits
Transfer Rate: Low – just 4.94%
EMR System: MediTech
Scheduling & Coverage
APP Coverage: 24 hours/day
APP Shifts:
9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
1:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Physician Coverage: 24 hours/day – you’re never alone
Candidate Requirements
Active Ohio license & unrestricted DEA
Certified NP (FNP/ENP) or PA-C
Minimum 1–2 years of recent ED experience required
Confidence in managing fast-paced ED workflows with support
Proficiency or adaptability with MediTech EMR preferred
