Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive physical exams and patient assessments

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests

  • Develop and implement treatment plans

  • Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations

  • Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing

  • Current Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio

  • National certification (AANP or ANCC) in [specialty, if applicable]

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred

  • Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
