| • | Performs radiologic procedures using appropriate technical and safety method as requested by a licensed physician. |  |
| • | Exercise judgement in selecting and computing settings for each patient. |  |
| • | Develop an appropriate procedure/treatment plan. |  |
| • | Implements procedure/treatment plan utilizing established hospital protocols/guidelines. |  |
| • | Completes documentation as required to comply with hospital policies and procedures. |  |
| • | Maintains equipment, procedure/treatment rooms, and work areas in a neat and safe condition to ensure the safety of patients and staff. |  |
| • | Participates in hospital and departmental performance improvement activities to ensure that patient care is consistent with established standards. Collects quality data for monitoring performance improvement. |  |
| • | Completes assigned goals. |  |
| • | Performs other duties as assigned. |  |

| Â | Completion of a formal education program in radiography accredited by a mechanism acceptable to ARRT. Registered by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists with current Registry in Radiography ARRT(R) or new graduate who is waiting to take the registry. | Associates degree in related field | Â |

Licensure

| Â | ARRT(R); BLS Certification within 14 days of hire. New graduate who will obtain required registry within 120 days of hire. State license as required. |
