The Sales Associate position involves providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities include assisting customers with their purchases, restocking merchandise, and ensuring accurate pricing and product displays. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.Â

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
- Meet company customer service standards.Â
- Follow company cash control policies and procedures.Â
- Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.Â
- Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.Â
- Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.Â
- Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.Â
- Follow the company’s general rules of conduct and code of ethics.Â
- Other duties as assigned.Â

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEÂ
- High School diploma or GED is requiredÂ
- Prior retail experience is preferred. Â
