- Develops and implements revenue cycle policies and procedures.
- Oversees the revenue cycle team and ensures that they are meeting performance goals.
- Analyzes revenue cycle data and identifies areas for improvement.
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure that revenue cycle processes are integrated with other organizational processes.
- Ensures that the organization is in compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to revenue cycle management.
- Develops and manages the revenue cycle budget.

Experience:
- Five years management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, with proven ability to recruit, train, motivate and counsel staff, required.
