LPN-Night Shift-Homecare Private Duty

Starting Pay of $25.50/HR, can be more pending experience

Offering a Sign on Bonus of $2000, half paid on first check and second half paid after 18 months (external applicants only)

Night Shift will be 8am-8pm, shift diff of $3.30/HR on top of base pay

Minimum of 2 (8) hour shift per week, with the ability to work in the following zip codes:

• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or advanced practice providers.
• Monitors patients' vital signs and records their medical histories.
• Assists with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provides emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.

Graduate of an approved school of practical or vocational nursing, required.

Licensed as a Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio, required.

CPR certification, required.

• Working knowledge of the concept of family centered care.
• Ability to function collaboratively within the framework of an Interdisciplinary Team.
• Problem solving, organization, communication skills and ability to work independently and react appropriately to crisis situations.

• One year of experience in a pediatric care setting, preferred.
• One year of home health experience, preferred.
