Yard Associate Generalist
Location: Columbus OHIO

At RECO Equipment Inc., we provide industry-leading heavy and compact equipment sales, rentals, parts, and service. We’re looking for a hardworking, dependable Yard Associate to help keep our operations running safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Load, unload, move, and organize equipment in the yardÂ
- Inspect incoming equipment and document condition using a tablet or phoneÂ
- Clean, prep, and fuel rental equipment for customer deliveryÂ
- Assist with basic equipment maintenance and setupÂ
- Keep the yard, shop, and facility clean and safeÂ
- Support service technicians and branch operations as needed
Requirements

What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s licenseÂ
- Comfortable using mobile devices and basic computer programsÂ
- Forklift experience or willingness to learnÂ
- Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditionsÂ
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and climb equipment safelyÂ
