Warehouse Associate – Full-Time (Multiple Shifts Available)

Location: 4309 Janitrol Rd., Columbus, OH 43228
Conveniently located near I-270 on the west side of Columbus

This role focuses on picking, packing, and moving products efficiently and accurately throughout the distribution center. This is a fast-paced, physical warehouse role supporting order fulfillment to stores, salons, and customers.

Schedule

We are currently hiring for the following full-time shifts:

Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Tuesday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime may be available based on business needs

Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and processing products to ensure timely shipment to stores, salons, and customers. This role plays a key part in maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards within the distribution center.

Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
Process incoming and outgoing shipments
Work in areas such as packing, picking, loading, returns, or sorting
Inspect products for damage and verify quantities
Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory
Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

What We’re Looking For

Previous warehouse or distribution experience a plus
Ability to lift 10–55 lbs regularly
Basic computer and data entry skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

What to Expect in This Role

Repetitive picking, packing, and order processing
Standing and walking for extended periods (6–12 hours)
Fast-paced, productivity-driven environment
Frequent lifting, bending, and movement throughout the warehouse

Work Environment

Warehouse environment with temperature variations (25°F–105°F)
Use of equipment such as pallet jacks and warehouse systems
Exposure to typical warehouse conditions including noise and movement of equipment
