Job Summary: Express Technicians are in charge of vehicle maintenance and small repairs. They should be able to read, write, and communicate problem solving ideas to be successful in this position.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Trouble shooting/decision making: Determining Causes of operating errors and deciding how to fix the problem.
  • Reading comprehension: understanding written documents concerning work related tasks
  • Writing: communicating effectively with co-workers through proper grammatical and spelling
  • Communication: effectively communicating with the team to fix each customer’s needs in a timely manner.
  • Give recommendations based on what the customer needs
  • Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle, especially if it changes
  • Assure that vehicles get fixed and returned clean, undamaged, and without changes to the comfort, convenience features, or audio system settings.

  • To perform this job successfully, this individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory.
