Full Time Employment Opportunity at OW Lee

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team as Production Workers. In this role, you will support the production of high-quality outdoor furniture by performing a variety of tasks within our manufacturing departments, including:

• Upholstery
• Parts
• Packing
• Grinding
• Strapping
• Assembly
• Table Tops

This a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. No prior manufacturing experience is required - we will train motivated individuals who are ready to work and learn.

Schedule

We currently have openings on the following shifts:

• 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks accurately and efficiently

• Follow work instructions and safety procedures

• Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Safely use tools, equipment, and machinery

• Report equipment or safety concerns to supervisors promptly

• Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read either English or Spanish

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Dependable and able to work as part of a team

• Ability to follow instructions 

• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.

• Willingness to learn and ask questions when clarification is needed.

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Frequent use of hands and arms.

• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach as needed.

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels and occasional exposure to varying temperatures and moving equipment.

• Full-time position

• Overtime may be available based on production needs
