Hulsey Therapy Services, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in either Greenville or Commerce, Texas. This opportunity offers the flexibility to be based in one of two established clinics while becoming part of a team known for delivering compassionate, individualized care. At Hulsey Therapy Services, patient care is built around respect, dignity, and individualized treatment. As the largest outpatient therapy provider in Hunt County, our team serves a diverse patient population with a wide range of orthopedic, post-surgical, musculoskeletal, mobility, and functional rehabilitation needs. Both the Commerce and Greenville clinics are equipped with indoor heated aquatic therapy pools, AlterG® anti-gravity treadmills, and advanced rehabilitation equipment to support exceptional patient outcomes. Backed by the resources of H2 Health, you'll have the support of a collaborative clinical network while maintaining the community-focused feel that has made Hulsey Therapy Services a trusted provider since 2000.

Your Role:

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.
  • Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
  • Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
  • Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
  • Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
