Responsibilities

MV Transportation is seeking a Data Manager to ensure that all personnel who are required to input data, forms, and/or reports into the automated, web-enabled MIS system be able to do so with the highest level of accuracy and proficiency. Other responsibilities include:

• Submit all employee benefit applications and ensure the appropriate deductions take place.
• Ensure accuracy of preliminary and financial statements, prepare journal entries.
• Prepare projections as required by local, regional and corporate management for forecasting purposes.
• Prepare and submit payroll.
• Data entry into client systems
• Review daily Road Supervisor / Dispatch Logs and Daily Missed Trip Reports.
• Oversee Data Clerk’s daily duties.

Qualifications

Talent Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have experience preparing NTD data reports.
• Some accounting experience preferred.
• Two (2) years payroll processing preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft office including word processing and spreadsheets.

Annual Starting Salary:  $75,000-$93,558.40
