Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 annually (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the position and department assignment, responsibilities may include:

Shipping and receiving operations
Inventory control and warehouse support
Shipment coordination and tracking
Import and export documentation
Data entry and operational record management
Customer service and account support
Communication with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal departments
Air export shipment coordination
Order processing and administrative support
General logistics and operations support

Qualifications

Japanese language proficiency required
Basic English communication skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email, Data Entry)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Detail-oriented and dependable

Preferred Qualifications

Logistics, warehouse, transportation, or customer service experience
Import/export or international shipping experience
Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule

Shift schedules vary by position:

8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
