Responsibilities:
- Â Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plansÂ
- Â Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environmentÂ
-  Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive developmentÂ
- Â Maintain a clean, organized, and well-managed classroomÂ
- Â Communicate effectively with parents and team membersÂ
- Â Follow all state licensing and center policiesÂ
Qualifications:
- Â Experience working with preschool-aged children (required)Â
-  CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred or willing to obtain)Â
- Â Strong communication and classroom management skillsÂ
- Â Passion for working with young children and helping them growÂ
-  Ability to work Monday–Friday, full-timeÂ
