We are currently seeking a Specialty Machine Operator to operate and perform changeover of coffee packaging machinery.

Job Duties:
- Careful handling of expensive, exotic coffees through a manual roasting system
- Change out forming collars as needed
- Flavor coffee as needed
- Retrieval and removal of packaging items by use of forklift
- Stack and label cases of product
- Involvement in all aspects of the production, shipping, receiving, and warehousing of specialty coffees
- Operate and perform changeover of coffee packaging machinery lines
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimal mechanical experience for dismantling and reassembly of machine for correct product specification
- Forklift certification / ability to retrieve and put away own packaging materials
- Desire and ability for cross-training
- Ability to work overtime including weekends on short notice
- Prefer individual with multi-line operating experience and warehouse experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly
