CarShop is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Delivery Coordinator to ensure every customer has a seamless and memorable experience when taking delivery of their vehicle. What You'll Do

As a Delivery Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring every customer leaves CarShop confident, informed, and excited about their new vehicle.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and schedule vehicle deliveries with the Sales Team
  • Prepare delivery paperwork and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
  • Review purchase paperwork with customers and answer questions during the delivery process
  • Explain available protection plans and aftermarket products
  • Introduce customers to the Service Department and available maintenance programs
  • Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and operating functions to ensure customers feel comfortable with their purchase
  • Work closely with Sales Consultants and Managers to ensure vehicles are delivery-ready and appointments stay on schedule
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from arrival through vehicle delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and support additional dealership operations as needed
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment

What We're Looking For

  • Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or automotive experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
