As a Stress-Free Auto Care technician, you’ll:

Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems
Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team
Interact with customers to deliver transparent, high-quality service
Work in a shop built around respect, communication, and continuous improvement

We provide the tools, resources, and environment you need to succeed—so you can focus on doing what you do best.

Pay/Years of experience breakdown:

A Level: 7-10+ years of experience
- Up to $60 an hour
B Level: 2-7 years of experience
- Up to $45 an hour
Tire Tech/C Level: 6 months-2 years of experience
- Up to $32 an hour

Physical Requirements

Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds
Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand-tools
Walk/stand for the majority of the workday
Drive manual transmission vehicles
Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
Efficiently navigate a computer
