Position Summary
 The Clinical Lead supports daily clinic operations while providing hands-on patient care. This role serves as the primary resource for clinical staff, ensuring efficient workflows, strong team performance, and high-quality, compliant patient care.Â
Responsibilities
 Leadership & Operations
- Act as the primary point of contact for clinical staffÂ
- Lead daily huddles and manage patient flow and prioritiesÂ
- Provide coaching, feedback, and staff trainingÂ
- Assign tasks and oversee clinical workflowsÂ
- Coordinate staffing needs with the Regional Clinical ManagerÂ
- Escalate operational or personnel concerns as neededÂ
- Cross-cover clinical roles as necessary
 Clinical & Compliance
- Perform patient intake, vitals, and clinical support tasksÂ
- Assist providers during exams and proceduresÂ
- Administer medications and perform basic lab functions, including phlebotomyÂ
- Provide wound care and other in-clinic treatmentsÂ
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentationÂ
- Triage patient calls and messagesÂ
- Ensure OSHA compliance and manage clinical supplies
 Patient Experience
- Deliver professional, patient-centered careÂ
- Communicate effectively with patients and team membersÂ
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentialityÂ
- Support a collaborative, positive clinic environment
Requirements
Qualifications
 Education & Certification
- High school diploma or GED requiredÂ
- Accredited Medical Assistant program completionÂ
- Current CMA certification or active RN/LPN licenseÂ
- SPICE certification (or ability to obtain)Â
Experience & Skills
- Clinical or medical office experience preferredÂ
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical proceduresÂ
- Familiarity with EMR systems, HIPAA, and OSHA standardsÂ
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skillsÂ
- Team-oriented with a patient-focused approach
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged standing/sitting; occasional lifting up to 50 lbsÂ
- Exposure to clinical environments and infectious materials
